Return/Exchange Policy

At Ruby Saree House Pvt Ltd, we strive to deliver premium-quality sarees and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a policy, refunds are not offered. However, we do provide exchanges within 48 hours of product delivery, subject to the following conditions:
  1. Wrong Product Delivered: If the delivered product does not match the item listed in the order confirmation.
  2. Quality/Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a genuine defect.
  3. Unsatisfactory Size: If the size ordered does not meet your expectations.
In the aforementioned cases, we will fulfill your exchange request once. If the product purchased is highly dissatisfactory, we may issue a refund for the exchanged item in the form of store credit with a validity of 3 months. Please note:
  • Our exchange policy does not apply to clearance sale items/orders.
  • Exchanges for size or defects are valid only once per order.

To Initiate an Exchange or Report Damage in Transit

Contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of product delivery:
  • Email: rubycare@rubysareehouse.com Include the following details:
    • Order number
    • Date of transaction
    • Delivery address
    • Clear images of the wrongfully delivered item, defective product, or size issue

Important Guidelines

  1. Upon receiving the product, check it thoroughly for tampering, missing items, or any damage.
  2. Any issues (e.g., package tampering, breakage) should be noted on the delivery receipt provided by the courier partner.

Exchange Procedure

If eligible for an exchange:
  1. You are required to courier the item to our warehouse. The courier charges will be borne by you.
  2. If you are unable to courier the item, we can arrange a pickup at an additional cost.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement. Shipping charges for the new dispatch will also be borne by you.
Note: The returned item must include the original invoice, be in its original packaging, and have complete order details. Items failing to meet these criteria will not be eligible for an exchange. Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours.

Exchange & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Ruby Saree House Pvt Ltd reserves the sole discretion to determine the resolution for each case as deemed fit. Please note:
  • No refunds will be provided if the customer has entered an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts, or the package is refused by the recipient.
  • Orders placed erroneously by the customer can only be modified within 24 hours.
