• Please take a video while opening the package.

• Returns are accepted only for damaged items, manufacturing defects, or incorrect products delivered, and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Refunds or replacements are processed within 10 days to 1 month after receiving the returned product, depending on the item.
• Returns due to quality issues are not accepted. Customers are advised to confirm product quality via WhatsApp after receiving confirmation from our staff.
